Usually the delivery time from the payment receipt is 1-2 working weeks upon availability in stock and order volume. In case it should take longer you will be promptly advised after your order is placed.

We use DHL and other international reliable shipping companies. Complete your order with full and clear address, detailed notes of your address  and always your mobile number for consignement (date, preferred time, etc.).

All our deliveries are fully insured for their total amount and packaging is carefully done (wood pallet, blistering, hard boxes, etc). In case you prefer your courrier always insurance the invoice value (Ex-Work transport is at buyer’s risk).

EU Customers should always provide their VAT number, in case it is not available we will add the 22% VAT to the value of the invoice.

Shipping to non-EU countries may cause additional duties, taxes and fees.
